FLYWERX was built by Combat Veterans who know what it feels like when the mission ends. One day, you’re part of something bigger than yourself—driven by purpose, surrounded by a team, living with clarity.

The next, it’s gone...

We’ve lived that transition. We know how easy it is to feel lost.

And we also know there’s a way forward.

For us, that path was found on the water.

Through fly fishing and guiding, we rediscovered something we thought we had lost—peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. Not just an escape, but a new mission. A new direction. A new life.

FLYWERX was created to give other Veterans that same opportunity.

Through our partnerships within the outdoor industry, we send Veterans through elite guide training programs—including an Orvis-endorsed school—equipping them with real skills, real confidence, and a real path into a career.

But this goes beyond a job.

​

We help Veterans rebuild from the inside out—mentally, physically, and emotionally—alongside others who understand exactly what they’ve been through.

Veterans don’t need to be fixed.

They need a new mission.

This is that mission.
